Upon registration in the Service, the user consents to the processing of his personal data provided voluntarily on the portal, also in the case of modification or change of this data by the Service Administrator, in accordance with the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000), in order to use the services provided by the Service Administrator on the terms indicated in the Regulations.

In the registration process, the user provides the following data:

- login

- email address

- password

They will be processed by the Service Administrator for the purpose of using the services provided by the Service Administrator and for handling any complaints, sending e-mail messages and text messages containing information about changes in the Service, modification of the regulations and other important system information related to the provision of the service.

The Service Administrator has the right to make the provision of services to the user dependent on the prior likelihood by him of the legality of the data contained in the advertisement or comment, especially the legality of the processing of personal data, mainly the image of a third party constituting an element of the advertisement, especially by presenting the Service Administrator with original unmodified photographs, the consent of the appropriate persons to the processing of their personal data by the Service Administrator on the terms indicated in the Regulations or other appropriate documents. If the Service Administrator has doubts about the documents presented or whether the user has the right to use personal data, including the image of a third party in the advertisement or comment, the Service Administrator has the right to refuse to provide services, including registering the user's account and posting an advertisement or comment on the Service or remove the advertisement, comment or user account from the Service.

In the case of processing personal data, when a person only visits the Service, the scope of collected data is as follows: system logs (date and time of the visit, IP address of the visitor, type and settings of the browser, operating system) and cookies. The data mentioned as system logs are used only for statistical purposes. The information that the Service obtains through cookies is used to maintain the user's session after logging in and to increase the convenience of using the Service.

In the case of ordering a paid service in the Service in the form of Points offered as part of the Service's activities, the scope of personal data processing is as follows: first name, last name, phone number, address. All personal data will be processed solely for settlement purposes.

The Service User has the right to request modification or change of data concerning his user account, or other data provided by the user during registration or ordering a service from the Service Administrator. He also has the right to request the deletion of the data provided, bearing in mind that the deletion of some of them may result in the inability to continue using the Service.
