Browsing the content of the service, registration and adding ads is free. In accordance with the declaration made during the registration of an account in the Service, all models on this site are 18 years old.

Photos and texts of models published on the cielesna.pl website are provided by users who are registered members of the Service and who take full responsibility for the content, photos and all information contained in the advertisement.

- The information contained in the content is true and provided voluntarily.

- Contact details and photos relate exclusively to the author of the advertisement or the person on whose behalf and on behalf of whom the advertisement is placed.

- The content and data contained in the advertisement do not in any way violate the rights of third parties.

- He has read the privacy policy of the Service and accepts it

- He is aware that using the function of adding an advertisement with an uncovered face requires account verification and acceptance of separate conditions regarding account verification available after logging in and selecting the verification option.

- The Service will verify the credibility of the advertisement manually and using machine face recognition and photo before publishing it.

- Sending by models of photos that are not theirs or false. If this happens, the administrator may delete the entire user account without notice. If the account had purchased Points, the amount for their purchase will not be refunded.

- Posting content of an advertising nature and offers of purchase, sale and rental in advertisements.

- Creating multiple User Accounts by one User of the Service.

- Providing information that is not yours or deliberately misleading.

- Conducting systematic or automated activities related to collecting data in our Service without our express written consent.

- Use our Website in any way that causes or may cause damage to the Service.

- Correct the content of the advertisement so that it complies with the regulations.

- Refuse to publish the advertisement.

- Remove the advertisement that violates the regulations.

- Block the user's account and IP number in the event of repeated violations of the regulations.

The Service reserves the right to refuse to publish an advertisement reported in a grossly negligent manner: with an exceptionally poor content, conflicting information or exceptionally low-quality photos.

- The size of the photo that is an element of the Advertisement is not less than 350px.

- The photo that is an element of the advertisement has the appropriate quality. This means that they are not too dark, overexposed, have the right graininess and color intensity.

- Photos that are an element of the advertisement must be current, i.e. taken no earlier than in the last 365 days.

- At least one photo that is an element of the advertisement shows the entire silhouette of the person to whom the Advertisement relates. The whole silhouette means a view from the feet to the neck..

- Photos that are an element of the advertisement cannot be a copy of a photo from a website or show a photo of the surface of a phone, monitor, newspaper, or analog photo.

- Photos that are an element of the advertisement cannot contain visible contact details, website addresses, emoticons, stickers, and other graphics

The above requirements for photos also apply to posted audiovisual films.

All information posted on the Service is for informational purposes only, does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code and cannot form the basis of any claims against the Service.

The Service is not responsible for the content and nature of the advertisements or comments presented on the Service. It also does not bear responsibility towards third parties whose rights have been violated by placing an advertisement or comment on the Service. Responsibility in this respect lies with the user who posted the advertisement or comment.

The Service does not mediate in establishing acquaintances and is not responsible for disputes that may arise from the fact of establishing acquaintances between the Service Models, as well as between the Service Models and other persons, including visitors.

The Service is not responsible for unpredictable equipment failure, damage resulting from disruptions in the operation of the Service caused by force majeure, unauthorized interference of Service users or third parties over which the Service has no influence.
